Reissuance/reprint of Bachelor's Degree, Master’s Degree and Doctoral Degree (Class of 2014 and before) Important Notes: The reissuance or reprint of the academic scroll for graduates Class of 2014 and below will utilize the existing design and the signatures of the authorized officials (Vice-Chancellor and Registrar) of the current holder. It is anticipated that the applicant will agree to any alterations in the design and other related to the aforementioned aspects. |
